Real Constructions S.à r.l. is a family-owned general construction company, based in Redange-sur-Attert and active throughout the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg since 2005. From earthworks to interior finishes, we support private clients, developers, and municipalities at every step of their projects.
What defines us isn’t a sales brochure: it’s a family, hands-on craftsmanship, and one simple conviction — to build for our clients the way we would build for our own.
Real Constructions was founded in 2005 by two brothers, Paulo and Alberto Lucas. But the journey began long before that: before founding their company, Paulo and Alberto both worked for years on construction sites, hands deep in the trade. They never left that field experience behind — to this day, they are the ones following the sites, not managers far removed from the concrete.
The name was not chosen at random. “Real” comes from Vila Real, the town in Portugal the Lucas family originates from. It’s a nod to our roots — and a reminder that, wherever we work in Luxembourg, we always build with the same attachment as we would for our own family.
Twenty years on, it’s still the family running the company. Bryan, David, Dylan, Melissa, Paula, and Isabel have joined Paulo and Alberto to grow Real Constructions. Today, over 80 specialised people work on our sites — but the philosophy hasn’t shifted an inch.
Real Constructions is owned and run by the Lucas family. Our name is on the gate of every site — that changes the nature of our commitment.

In practice: we study your project thoroughly before quoting, we issue a firm and detailed quote, we communicate a realistic schedule, and we follow the site daily with an experienced site manager. At every step, you know where things stand — and you have a single contact who knows your file by heart.
Real Constructions works in strict compliance with Luxembourg regulations: ten-year structural warranty, professional liability insurance, ITM declaration of all our sites and teams, and compliance with Luxembourg energy standards. All our workers are declared. You buy a build with no administrative risk hanging over you.
