At Real Constructions, earthworks are not subcontracted: they are one of our core trades. Since 2005, our specialised team has been carrying out earthworks across Luxembourg on every type of project — from individual house plots to private roads, including foundations, trenches, and demolition work. Our equipment is our own, our teams are declared in Luxembourg, and a Lucas oversees your site from quote to handover.

Where the site allows, we reuse excavated soil for embankments, fill, or later landscaping. More economical for you, and more environmentally responsible.

Every earthworks job is different: volume to excavate, soil type, site access, foundation type planned, need to remove or recycle soil. To give you a meaningful answer, we issue a detailed and firm quote after a free site visit.
For a standard individual house, expect 3 to 8 working days depending on conditions. For more complex sites, the schedule is precisely defined in the quote.
We favour on-site recycling where possible (embankments, later fill). The surplus is removed to a Luxembourg-licensed facility — you receive the documentation.
Yes, we regularly coordinate with architects, engineering firms, and structural-works contractors. We can also handle the structural works ourselves (see our Structural Works page).
For most sites tied to a construction (house, extension), earthworks are covered by your municipal building permit. For isolated landscaping, some municipalities require a declaration. We guide you through the steps.
