The envelope that protects — and lowers your energy bill.
In Luxembourg, where winters are long and energy expensive, the façade is far more than an aesthetic question. It determines how much you heat, how well your building retains warmth, how much you save over 20 years.
Real Constructions handles the entire façade scope: external thermal insulation (ETI), decorative renders, wood and composite cladding. We work in compliance with Luxembourg energy standards and consistently steer clients toward solutions that combine durability, aesthetics, and performance.
All our ETI solutions are designed to meet the Luxembourg energy requirements (energy classes B, A, AA depending on your project). We use CE-certified materials and provide the documentation needed for your myenergy subsidy applications or municipal premiums.
Depending on your project, we can guide you to available aid for energy-efficient renovation in Luxembourg.
A façade installer is not just “the one who applies the colour”. It’s a precise trade demanding rigour on every detail (frames, junctions, water-tightness, thermal bridges). We have a dedicated façade team that does nothing else.
We don’t sell the most expensive solution. We propose the one that delivers the best return on investment over 20 years for your specific case: materials, performance, maintenance, durability.
If you also entrust us with the structural works or the turnkey house, the façade↔structure interface is handled seamlessly: no “that’s not my trade”, no disputes between trades.
A façade depends on the material (polystyrene, rock wool, wood or composite cladding), insulation thickness, finish type, and site constraints (scaffolding, accessibility, building height). We issue a detailed quote after reviewing your project.
Polystyrene delivers excellent thermal performance and remains the most-used solution. Rock wool is non-combustible (useful for tall or collective buildings) and better at sound insulation. We advise depending on your project.
A well-made ETI lasts 30 to 40 years without major renovation. Wood cladding requires regular maintenance (lasure every 5–10 years). Composite cladding is virtually maintenance-free for 20–30 years.
Yes, aid via myenergy (Klimabonus, Prime House) and some municipalities offer additional schemes. We provide the documentation needed.
Yes, on existing substrates in good condition we can carry out a paint refurbishment without renewing the insulation. It is cheaper but does not change energy performance.
