Behind every Real Constructions site, there is a team. A real one — no anonymous agency labour. At its head, two brothers who built the company from the field; around them, a family that handles administration, accounting, and day-to-day site supervision.
Here are the people you’ll be in contact with throughout your project.
Before founding Real Constructions in 2005, Paulo spent years on construction sites, hands deep in the trade. Today he runs the company and personally follows his clients’ projects.
Co-founder of Real Constructions with his brother Paulo, Alberto also learned the trade on the field before they created the company. He runs the sites and remains his clients’ direct contact.
Dylan and David support Paulo with administrative follow-up and the smooth running of the sites.
Dylan works alongside Paulo Lucas. He handles administrative follow-up of projects and site coordination.
David works alongside Paulo Lucas. He contributes to administrative management and daily site supervision.
Bryan and Melissa support Alberto with administrative follow-up and the smooth running of the sites.

Paula manages the accounting of Real Constructions: invoicing, payment tracking, and the company’s financial management.
